You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• DVISSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary
• We do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free
• In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel the order

• An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay
• DVISSA reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Full payment is required at checkout; we do not offer credit or deferred payment

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. DVISSA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Returns are accepted under the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

All content on the DVISSA website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of DVISSA Natural Foods Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVISSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
