Refund & Return Policy
1. Our Commitment
At DVISSA, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without hassle.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product is expired or has a manufacturing defect
- Significant quantity discrepancy (more than 10% short)
Note: Food/consumable items cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food, health, or consumable products (hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events
- Custom-packed or bulk B2B orders (governed by separate agreement)
- Items returned without original packaging
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@dvissa.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason
- Attach photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged/defective claims)
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps
- Do not ship items back without receiving return authorisation from us
5. Refund Timelines

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- DVISSA error (wrong/damaged item): we bear all return shipping costs
- Customer-initiated returns: customer bears outward shipping; we refund product cost
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (typically within 2 hours of placement). Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — you'll need to follow the return process after delivery.
To cancel, email support@dvissa.com immediately with your order number.
